If given the opportunity to design an album for any musical artist I would have to choose the band Social Distortion. Social D is an iconic punk band that has inspired countless musicians. With their classic punk rock sound and old-school, greaser imagery I really like the style they are known for. How can you lose with the use of pin-up girls, motorcycles, skeletons, and prison!? I would work mainly with pin-ups and motorcycles, a Social Distortion Garage of sorts, with live band shots worked into the booklet. I don't think i could try to do anything different with such an iconic band, i would feel dirty.
